In operations for Glaucoma, in case the iris does not prolapse from the wound by tensions if the Bell´s -suction cup has been applied to the wound the iris can be easily pulled out of the wound without any enlargement of wound and introduction of Iris forceps into the wound, By using the Erisophake the Iridectomy can be always performed at the smallest incision of sclera,
